Dr. Fred Farley is the president of Arnot Ogden Medical Center and Saint Joseph’s Hospital in Elmira, NY. His educational background includes Ph.D. Binghamton University; MSN Case Western Reserve University; BSN Case Western Reserve University; BA Thiel College. He is an Adjunct Faculty, Binghamton University, Mansfield University, Elmira College, Arnot Ogden Medical Center and Bolton School of Nursing. Dr. Farley has been a guest lecture in the Czech Republic where presentation topics have included strategic planning, impact of public policy on healthcare outcomes and role of the healthcare manager in directing cost effective and high quality healthcare.
