Dr. John Kotter separates the difference between change management and change leadership. While change management works with smaller changes, work leadership works with the larger projects. Change management is focused on basic tools or structures, while change leadership highlights visions and structures which fuel large scale operations. The video gives an indirect impression to the audience that change leadership can be used in more instances.
