How do you communicate your message with people who have different worldviews and value sets? Pulling from what social psychology and socio-cultural systems teach us about how we think, Josh Crain uses his experience pastoring a large congregation to demonstrate how a diverse populace can be led to join forces in a singular mission.

Josh Crain is the Senior Pastor of The Meeting House, a flourishing multisite church in south-central Pennsylvania. He is a frequent speaker for businesses, churches, retreats, and conferences. He and his wife, Emily, have been married for 13 years and live in Carlisle, Pennsylvania, with their sons, Jack and William.

This talk was given at a TEDx event using the TED conference format but independently organized by a local community. Learn more at http://ted.com/tedx
