Professor Mark Mueller-Eberstein begins a well thought out lecture relating to his crowd: change can be scary. He goes on to talk about the importance of change and adapting in changes. A theory of transition model is placed on the screen for visual aid. He urges teamwork; because it will sharpen your vision and perception for change.
