Paul Osincup touches on the power of humor in leadership; giving relatable examples about why it is something we all admire, but seldom recognize the lasting effects of. Leaders with a sense of humor in the professional world are known to reduce social distance between people and seem more approachable. As humans, we unintentionally, but naturally put our trust in people who make us feel comfortable. Paul wraps up his talk explaining the “child-like” spark in which every human has, and how it has the power to give a different perspective.
