Tired of being taken advantage of in a negotiation? This video will arm you with Principled Negotiation to protect you in your next negotiation battle. For my 2nd Toastmaster’s speech I researched effective negotiating techniques and then share my findings from “Getting to Yes; Negotiating Agreement without Giving in” by Roger Fisher and William Ury. I then apply the first three points in a Principled Negotiation to a successful car negotiation that I personally experienced.
