Simple things you may think go unnoticed can actually make a colossal difference, such as the color suit you choose to wear or your body language. He believes there are 7 messages that are specifically communicated nonverbally; credibility, openness, superiority, disinterest, insecurity, defensiveness, and deceit. He has used his expertise in non-verbal communication to formulate an algorithm that can predict high-profile elections with 93% accuracy.
