Perhaps the original pioneer in the on-demand food delivery industry, Seamless started taking online food orders 20 years ago.  It is currently available in a limited number of major U.S. cities.  In 2013, it was bought by GrubHub, and much like Eat 24, it is difficult to tell why it is still a separate app from the flagship.
