By designing a workshop that will educate the employees on how to treat each other the management will foster an environment that encourages the employees to recognize, respect and appreciate each other’s differences. Diversity training encourages the employees to become self-aware which plays a significant role in addressing cases of prejudice, stereotypes, and biases.
