Tunnel-Based Transit

Elon Musk is back at it again, this time with underground transportation. Musk created an underground tunnel that can move people faster than subways. These tunnels are meant for cars, and are possibly the solution to above ground traffic. These tunnels are a 3-D approach to solve traffic, and Musk believes that his system could hold up to 4,000 vehicles an hour.
