Toussaint Stone shows that engaging with leaders in your community can channel you through a pipeline of success rather than a pipeline to failure. Told from the point of view of a Black student and black leaders, we see that society’s view on black children sends them down a poisonous path that can be redirected and channeled into something great if handled properly.
