Chairman and CEO of Barry-Wehmiller Companies, Inc., Bob Chapman shares a summary of his outlook on leadership and in his years of experience in the business field. He starts by stating a goal: creating a world in which everybody matters. He follows up, explaining why this is difficult.  “Unfortunately, we live in a world of capitalism where we see people as objects for our success.” He continues talking positively of people-centric leadership, and how it can jumpstart a major change.
