Aliredha Damj takes us back in time, and into the shoes of himself as a childhood bully. He explains how he turned his “flaw” of a big mouth, into a more meaningful expression. He became a youth leader in many roles both in and outside of school. He talks about the importance of soft skills and how self-awareness is the esscense of leadership. Though Ali’s role in leadership is guiding others, he believes we are all leaders looking for that empowerment. The way we choose to translate those leadership skills is what sets us apart.
